Nice stay

Overall good experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean enough but could use some deep cleaning or updating. Would choose to stay here again.

I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Wisconsin Dells.The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. The shower was nice and big and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was awesome except at check out when the gal charged my hard I booked online with, without asking me if I wanted to use that card or not, which I DID NOT. I assumed that was always a question. It was absolutely upsetting to have to deal with that.

The indoor pools, slide & hot tub were perfect for a less chaotic indoor Waterpark experience over Spring Break. We ended up paying for day passes 1 day at Mt Olympus and only ended up staying there a couple hours because it was way too crowded and not enjoyable. My 6 & 8 year old nieces honestly had more fun at the Holiday Inn Express. Good location. Free hot breakfast was very good. The room was nice except some wear showing in the bathroom along the floor tiles and shower staining in Room 124 but honestly overall, we were very happy with our stay, price point and facilities.we would definitely stay here again!

I really liked the pool area at this hotel. The reason for my 1 star check in experience is not the fault of the hotel, but Orbitz fault. Orbitz only booked one room for me when I reserved and payed for 2.
