We only stayed one night and we went right to our room so I really can’t comment on any of the waterslides or any of the activities there. I can only say that when I got there they’re tiny little cramped. Unwelcoming lobby was full to the brim of a bunch of teenagers Barely could get to the window. They didn’t seem to even notice that the place was 20 people over the limit, made it very uncomfortable for me and they need to reconsider how they check people in the room was very nice. The mattresses were very firm and the sheets were clean. The room seem to be very clean. It could have used a comfortable chair to sit in. There was actually no place to sit except the bed but other than that I thought it was pretty good room.

I had to put a claim in. The pictures that was advertised online did not match what was seen in person. It smelled like feet and corn chips all through the hall, and in my room. I asked the service representative for a refund, because I was so displeased by the smell and the false advertisement far as the look went. The next day there was a big bug crawling on my sister. Which she ended up with several bite marks on her. Finally, the representative removed us from that room. I was over the entire experience. I also felt some type of way about having to return towels in order to get new towels. I stayed over the weekend. So, I would’ve thought that the room service people would automatically bring them to you, but they didn’t. Another thing when we moved to the next room. We ran out of tissue, because they only put 1 roll in the bathroom. When it’s a resort. So, you know there’s going to be multiple people on a stay. They lock the doors, and there no one to give you tissue. I would never go to Natura again.
