Hotel was really clean and quiet, very new feel to it. Price wasn’t terrible considering it was a holiday weekend. Good proximity to the places we needed to be - almost anything you want or need is 10 to 15 minutes away. The only reason they didn’t get a 5 star rating is because of the daily parking fee. There is absolutely no reason for it. It could deter me from staying there again. Additionally the breakfast price is high. Sometimes you just want a quick muffin or bagel and that shouldn’t cost $17 flat rate.

Between Expedia and the Hilton hotel, I tried canceling 7 days previous to the stay due to unforeseen events. Expedia and the hotel was less than helpful after speaking with supervisors of both entities several times, where they stated there were no cancellations allowed for any reason. After numerous calls, zero results. Stay away from Expedia and Hilton at all costs for this reason. We did not stay at the location as we had no reason to be there and were charged regardless. This is inexcusable.

The hotel was nice and clean, I stay at Hilton hotels often. Online when I booked it said free parking and when checking in I was told there was a. Ten dollar parking fee. One more downside was there were no real glasses in the rooms. I’ve stayed in many Hiltons that had real drinking glasses, it’s a nice touch.
