Monet vieraat palaavat vuosi toisensa jälkeen Wrightsville Beach-lomaan - perinteiseen tapaan! Tämä historiallinen, hyvä ääni mökki varmasti miellyttää! Nauti upeista ääninäkymistä ja auringonlaskuista ihanalta ympäröivältä kuistilla mukavien rokkarien kanssa! Kadun toisella puolella lapset rakastavat leikkimistä leutoilla äänivesillä. Pääsy rannalle on Etelä-Luminan puolella, kadun toisella puolella. Nauti miellyttävästä kävelymatkasta Blockade Runner -hotelliin ja ruokaile sen palkitussa ravintolassa.

Mökki on todella viehättävä! Päätasossa on pieni, mutta toimiva keittiö, olo / ruokailutila, 1 makuuhuone (ilmastointi / lämmitetty ikkunayksikkö) ja ulkouima kylpy edessä. Yläkerrassa on 3 makuuhuonetta (AC / lämmitetty ikkunayksiköt) ja 1 kylpyhuone. Kiinteistössä ei ole keskuslämmitystä tai ilmaa, ja sitä ei ole saatavana vuosittain joulukuun ja huhtikuun välisenä aikana. Älä missaa tilaisuutta kokea tapaa, jolla Wrightsville Beach oli ennen!

The house is comfortable and has everything we need. We love the fact that it's a classic Wrightsville Beach beach cottage and is well suited for a leisurely stay. The beach on the sound side is perfect for hanging out and for keeping our boat moored. We'll keep renting this cottage every year for sure!

It was everything.

went in for a quiet collective experience, as I was turning 30, and came out feeling more at peace and loved than I knew was possible. Just a couple close friends and me, but the place can happily sleep more. It was quiet and a thankful spot. Alot of the artwork was images of what this place had been before the realty business saw its beauty in location. Just behind us was the ocean, but we spent most the time on our own private beach just outside the front door. When i say it was transformative, I mean it. I dont think I'll ever rent a different house on WB and nor will I let my friends!! I've been in the area nearly 10years now and the oasis of this place is unmatched. Be prepared for amazing sunsets, a private feel in a bustling beach town, and for true character in the house. So much love. Thank you to the owners.

The description was very clear that there was air conditioning in the bedrooms but DID NOT specify there was NO air in the living areas. We went the week of July 4th and we melted all week. Also no ceiling fans on the porch and not close enough for an ocean breeze. If you plan to be out of the house and only sleep here, it's great...nice cool air in the bedrooms only. But do not plan to come in the summer. We were given 2 fans, but they blew HOT air and you would need some kind of commercial grade fan to get any relief from the heat. We enjoyed docking across the street and spent as much time as we could away from the house during the day.

I loved the porch. If I were to add anything it would be a table and chairs on the porch so you could eat out there and enjoy the view. The children loved spotting rabbits in the bushes! All appliances wereed well. The kitchen is well equipped.

Very historic and charming home with prime location.It could be a bit more clean (dust bunnies under the beds, etc). But superficially it was fine. Trip was in April so temps were perfect. Not sure how this house would be come July and August with just window units. I probably would not take a family trip with grandparents or babies here. But perfect for us. No cable or internet even thought it was to be provided. We were not offered compensation for lost amenities. That was a bit disappointing - more of a Bryant Real Estate issue over the actual home. But it's nice to see these old historic homes with a story around the island, and not just new construction mansions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cottage is vintage, old school WB! Wrap around porch is the main draw! Sleeping perfectly comfortable with bedroom AC units. Overall as advertised! Two suggestions - 1 - we didn't use the oven once but there was a constant smell of gas in the kitchen and into hallway. That's a concern that should be addressed in the name of safety. 2 - owner doesn't want bikes on the porch but it rained every night and leaving them outside not the solution. No other roofed area to store them and everybody wants a beach cruiser at the beach.

We had our own beach access on the waterway and across the street from the ocean. The house was very clean. The wraparound porch was amazing to sit out on in the evenings! The Bryant Realty staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful! I would highly recommend this cottage to everyone!

Don't expect Bryant to follow up...

Reviewer Comments: I rented the Parsley for my Sister, Brother-in-law, Mother, Girlfriend, Myself, and our dog for a weekend in Wrightsville beach as we were attending the wedding of a close friend. Upon arriving, we noticed a overwhelmingly pungent musty smell throughout the entire house, and found out that this house DOES NOT HAVE A SHOWER FACILITY INSIDE. I immediately called the Bryant office to notify them, and they're response was "the photos on the website were clear on the amenities". The outdoor shower door was broken, the old wooden slats on the shower floor had exposed nails popping out, and the shower floor felt like you would fall through at any moment. Housekeeping arrived, confirmed that they were shocked by the overwhelming musty smell and sprayed air freshener around. This was AFTER we had opened up every window that wasn't painted or swollen shut and turned on every fan in the house for 2 hours. Maintenance stopped by and repaired the door to the outside "shower" and pounded in the nails in the shower floor... He said that there was nothing he could do about the safety of the floor and if I was going to shower in there, to make sure that I stood on the support beam in the middle and not just on the unsupported floor. (mind you I am 6'1" and about 200 lbs... I'm not "petite" but I shouldn't have to worry about falling through a shower floor naked)Admittedly, the maintenance guy, and the housekeeping couple were more than pleasant... Although both were shocked that the house met the expectations of the realty company. When I called the office at the realty company, I was assured that I would be able to voice my concerns to the owner or a manager... no one returned any phone calls... no concessions were offered. If I were you, I would stay away from the Parsley house, and Bryant Real Estate. Find somewhere else to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Way to many roaches, they were everywhere.They were in the bathrooms, bedrooms, living room , dining room, awful.we were given a can of bug spray to "handle"the problem. Not my plan for my vacation. Porch bathroom was not very clean and the rust around the sink was really bad.A little paint would really help.We love the shower but it needs repairs.The house is showing it's age.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great experience, Bryant Realty did an outstanding job. I have already booked the cottage for next year.Only 2 issues....the cable tv service is pretty limited, in fact, very limited. And the wifi service is AWFUL.But otherwise, the cottage is great, and you simply can't beat the location.
