Overall, we were satisfied. the breakfast was good. Thinkgs for improvement: have dispensers for shampoo, etc to save on plastics. The sink water got hot, but the shower not much. There was some hair and smudges on the bedspread.

I was given a key to an occupied room. Very embarrassing encounter. The accommodation I was subsequently provided with was 2 queens instead of the king I had planned for with my partner. Staff great. Location close to Hwy. Restaurants near by. Lots of unhoused milling around the street. Still felt safe. Well lit parking. Hand rail on stairs up to 2nd floor broken. I still would come back.

The hotel was nicely updated and very, very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is a little sketchy. Some unsavory characters walked around the parking lot and made me uneasy. Around dusk, someone banged on my door. I didnt sleep that well thinking my car would get broken into or people would bang on my door again. I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel, but wouldnt stay there again because of the bad location.
