Was in a room that had adjoining room access thonwe did not ask for it, but you coupd hear their child screaming conatantly all.night. Thin walls in those type of rooms.so got little sleep.

Room was functional. Sink outside of bathroom not cool. Paper thin walls and hallway so you could hear snoring, heavy feet above and noise outside, not not cool. We had higher hope for this facility having walked past it hundreds of times. We are seasonal residents and were overnight preparing to close our trailer. Can’t recommend this location.

The check in was very abrupt like they wanted up out of the way even though no on was waiting. They Didn’t explain where our room was or where to park. It would have been nice to have some explaining of the property. We didnt realize the restaurant across the road was closed when we booked it said breakfast available there so that was confusing. The rooms were nice, view was blocked by a house even though it said it was an ocean view. Over all it was ok, the pictures didn’t really reflect the property well.

We were there for one cold, cloudy night in October, so we couldn’t really appreciate the lovely view and outside facilities. We were very disappointed in the hotel room, however, which had very little soundproofing, so we could hear conversations from rooms around us. The beds and pillows were extremely hard and the sink small. Definitely not a good value for the cost.

We stayed during the week and were crammed into a first-floor level room with a view of more shrubs than ocean. There were two other rooms rented in the entire Ocean Suites building, and they were given second and third level full view ocean rooms. When we complained the staff just moved us down the hall on the same first-level floor. Even though we paid over $1700 for 4 nights. The staff said that they couldn't let us have a better room with a better view because we booked the room through a third party.
