Helpful staff

Checked in late but the staff were very helpful and contacted us to make arrangements. We were a little dubious reading the other reviews but the room was fine and the WiFi worked great

I would not recommend this motel. The room was not clean—there were flies in the shower, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the door had a large gap at the bottom where it meets the sidewalk, making the room feel exposed and poorly maintained. Overall, it did not feel comfortable or worth the money.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable but we had no hot water the night of our arrival. It was after six o'clock and the office was closed. I couldn't believe that it was closed at 6 on a summer evening in August. There was no cable TV only streaming. I don't stream. We had no maid service in the 5 days we were there, We were told that we would have maid service on the third day. Not true. We paid a nice price for this stay and it was a bomb. Go elsewhere.

Would 100% come back staff was very friendly and accommodating. The man at the front desk which unfortunately I can’t remember his name but him and his coworker were able to let me stay in the same room for my three nights instead of me having to check in to a separate room which was my mistake. They also let us check in early as well which made a huge difference for our stay!!!

We stayed in the center main building for our week vacation, June 2025, the staff went out of their way to help us out considering the house we originally rented fell through after we drove 2 1/2 hours to get there. We went back up for a 2 night stay in August 2025 and got a “standard” room in the building on the right. It was nice, remodeled, but there was not a closet or a full length mirror and the bathroom was tiny and the windows did not open. It was ment to lay our heads to sleep and for that it was perfect. We will stay there again in the future.

Perfect balance of friendly staff, but not in your face. location across from the beach can't be beat. everyone had a comfortable stay, including the dog.

3br premium apartment was fantastic

Greatly enjoyed the 3br premium apartment for our 4 night long weekend with adults, teenagers, and dogs. Can’t beat the front-row oceanview and the big deck. Beds were comfortable, both bathrooms were beautiful, and full kitchen was super convenient.

One and done.

TV not working. Missing the proper remote. Not hooked up properly. No office help after 6pm. Had to go without TV. Only have ROKU which didn’t work. Coffee maker but no coffee provided. BYOC (Bring Your Own Coffee). Shower curtain hung too high, water pools on floor during shower. (Bottom of shower curtain is about 3 inches from base). Garbage can lid broken and hanging off can. Hot water takes about 10 minutes to heat up. Staff said this is a common complaint since water heater is far from rooms. Once it gets hot, it takes a while to get to correct temp. No handicap railing or adaptation in shower. Beds very creaky. Bathroom door very creaky. Early riser wakes everyone else up. Unfriendly staff. We’ve stayed here in the past (4 or so years ago) and it was better. Maybe new owners? We won’t be back.
