this was the worst Place I have ever stayed. The staff was not friendly. I had requested a handicap room when none available I said room with 2 queen beds. My room was so small both beds which were full size touched the wall on each side of the room with only about a foot to walk between. The chair at the desk was broke. Our room was not cleaned on Saturday. Saturday night our toilet backed up I called the front desk, was told no one on duty to fix it, so they brought me a plunger and told me to fix it my self. when I went to check out on Sunday morning and asked about Breakfast And was told No breakfast today no staff to on duty to worry about. I would not recommend the Location to anyone it was a horrible experience and I am so sorry paid for it with the Affirm Card. I really would like a refund The parking lot was full of Pot holes had to drive around them.

Just don’t.

Room was very smelly like smoke and marijuana even though it’s smokeless. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was very poor as the entire establishment smelled terrible. Walked into the room and right back out to find a different hotel to stay at.

The pictures online are nowhere near close to accurate. The rooms are incredibly small. The entire second floor smelled like weed all night. The entire building looks run down. They’re charging hotel rates for motel accommodations. I think they should take pictures of their actual rooms and property and post them.

Worst place ever

The worst place I've ever stayed. Parking lot full on minorities with junk cars so my opinion it is a place to sell drugs out of. The door to get in to my unit was busted around lock had someone want in showed me how to open it. I pulled into the place and it looked abandoned that was a reg flag and once I found out I wouldn't get a refund that's the final red flag so BEWARE

I did like that the room was remodeled. However there was a 1/4 role of toilet paper on the roll and only 1 full roll outside of that. The shelves that hold the towels were really dusty. The hallways were dirty

We were not allowed to park our car in the open spaces at the lighted front door area. We had to drive around to the back, swipe our card, prop open the door, so we could use the cart for our bags. This was an in-process remodel, but could have been kept cleaner. Thank goodness we were on the first floor because there were no elevators. Every time we walked to our room, we passed the laundry, a huge room with stacks and stacks of dirty linens, and machines being run. I had to climb the steps to the second floor to get ice, which was at the very end and the farthest from the steps. We spent two nights. Our room was not touched between nights, even though the maids were right outside our room when we left for the day. We were told we would’ve had to ask for service, but all hotels empty your trash and give you clean towels if you put them on the floor. There was no coffee refills or new plastic cups or anything. We had one bath towel for two people. When I went to the front desk to ask for service, there was a sign telling us to ring the bell or call a phone number for help. So I rang the bell, and the front desk person was sitting, hidden, in the dark breakfast area with her boyfriend. As we were leaving, I noticed the front hotel windows were so dirty you couldn’t see through them. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Being a Wyndham property, I expected more.

There were two beds in the room, but they were so crowded that we could only have about a foot or a foot and a half to move between them and on the other side of each bed, they were shoved all the way up to the wall. Plus, the soap dispenser in the shower was pulled away from the wall, and the landscaping needs some work. The door locks on the outside of the building need refurbishing. The lobby is good, the breakfast was passable, and the staff is kind.
