"Likainen huoneisto, varsinkon kph, jossa edellisen asukkaan jäljiltä vetämätön wc -pönttö oli ulostetta täynnä. Soitto asiakaspalveluun ja saimme uuden huoneen, mutta sekään ei ollut kovin puhdas,moppaamaton lattia jossa kengänjälkiä, likaisia sormenjälkiä keittiöntuoleissa, todella pinttynyt sohva sekä palovaroittimet puuttui asunnosta."
