"Itse hotelli /huone olivat viihtyisät, siistit ja uuden karheat. Tämän puolesta voi mennä uudestaan. Hankala löytää navigoinnilla, joka ohjaa kiellettyyn ajosuuntaan. Henkilökunnasta / aamiais tarjoilussa parannettavaa. Ahtaa tilat syödä / henkilökunta ei oikein palvelualtista. Toinen asia joka on hieno ele Itävallan laaksoissa eli maksuton matkailijakortti. Muualla tarjottiin automaattisesti, mutta täällä ei vaikka isot esitteet oli tiskillä. "
