This place is so gross. They don't provide the basic amenities that are listed. No soap, 1 towel for 3 people, no wash cloths, no hand towels, the pool heater is broken. There is a coffee machine, but no filters, cups or coffee. The carpet felt moist, almost like waking on moss. I will never stay here again.

I love that there is a full kitchen, a closed off bedroom, and a fireplace, the ground floor is WONDERFUL for having pets and sitting outside relaxing. The room we had however smelled heavy of mildew and mold in the carpets and kitchen drawers but, its was fine for what we needed. They should probably ripe the carpet out of 117. Advisable tip only. Still enjoyed our stay, like always!

Pet rooms have FLEAS

We booked 2 rooms. 1 was a pet friendly room. This room was infested with fleas! My frenchies were laying on the ground for 1 hour and we took them out and we were able to see fleas crawling in their fur. The hotel did nothing about it. 2 days we complained & they wouldn't accommodate us. No room change. No discount. Nothing.

We were heading to Washington for a family wedding. Found this place through an app and ended up booking for 2 nights. We got a 1 bedroom suite with a living room and a decent kitchen area. The 2 ladies that welcomed us Friday the 15th in the evening were AMAZING! So very helpful and answered every question i had kindly and helpfully. So things are a little dated, the location was great for us. We enjoyed our stay very much. The path to the ocean was cool, it's a long walk but worth it. 4 out of 5 employees we talked at the front desk were great, kind and helpful. I wish I would have got their names to thank them personally! And 2 other gentlemen that were kind and helpful when we needed towels, ect. 1 older gentleman on the 16th of Aug, Saturday morning, was rude and acted annoyed that I had any questions. I Was excited to see the other 2 ladies that evening, that helped with check in the night before. If we are ever back in the area we will probably stay here again!

Hotel was dirty . Our bathroom had so much hair on the shower wall and drain . Room had dirty floors and slider was so dirty you could not see out of . No coffee , decaf only ( old worn out packet ). We had no towels , had to go to front desk . Old bagels left in the kitchen area . Interesting that reviews were all 8 and 10. One from last week saying restaurant was wonderful ( restaurant has been closed for some time ). These are fake reviews . Have lost confidence in Expedia after this stay and no Devin’s .

You get what you pay for. We got 2 bedroom suite, dog friendly. It was room 123. There was carpet in bedrooms that were gross and stained. The main bathroom shower enclosure by fixtures was cracked. I noticed water stains next to tub and toilet and found black mold. We only stayed 1 night so I decided to stop by office at checkout and there was no one at the desk at about 9:30. I waited a few minutes then left. I got info from room binder for GM email and sent them a message and pics but still haven’t heard back. I messaged the hotel thru Expedia and no response. Messaged them when I made reservations and they replied quickly. Just heads up. Sounds like people had decent room while others had gross rooms like mine
