Been coming to Ocean Shores for years, but this time we had condo 219, it is in need of a serious update on the furniture and carpet! The unit stunk so bad, we went to the store and bought candles, the carpet was grimy, couch and chairs were so worn, ripped and lacked comfort! Oh and WiFi didn’t work…called front desk and they said they might be able to contact maintenance?!

Great Amenities! Pool, hot tub, sauna, small arcade, laundry room and proximity to the beach! I was warmly greeted upon check-in and given the run down of the resort. There were luggage carts for us to use. The room had an ocean view, balcony, a separate bedroom with the two queens and a tv, a kitchenette, a dining table, a full living room with a large tv, and a fire place with a duraflame log all ready to go! The place has clearly been updated decor-wise. It's all beach themed decor and fresh cheery blue paint in the living room. My friends and I had a great time at the Polynesian Resort this November (2025). I highly recommend reading the short essay on the history of the building and town that was provided in the room's binder of information! We will certainly be returning for a longer stay and with more friends! Also the staff who helped me check-out were warm and friendly.

The staff were great, the public areas were quite nice, and there was plenty of storage space in the room. However, the hot water in the shower didn't last 10 minutes. The only group of usable plug-ins were on the opposite wall from the bed. And there were no lights by the seating area, making that part of the room useless. After dark. The bathroom itself looked like it was due for an update, especially the doors under the sink and the area around the tub. But it was a basic room, and I got what I paid for.use

The staff were all nice. Room on 3rd floor was clean and comfortable, kitchenette was great, the view was nice but dune trees are almost too tall, bathroom was small but everything was there. I enjoyed staying there mostly because it was quiet compared to my apartment. lol And I look forward to going back.

This hotel is the best in Ocean Shores. Friendly staff and spacious clean rooms. Love that they are pet friendly. Remember you are in Ocean Shores so it will not be perfect but overall lovely stay every time here!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Bed was not super comfortable, but the price was unbelievably good. Tub/shower was tricky. Lack of tub mat nearly resulted in a slip and fall accident. Min fridge was great. Overall, it was quiet and relaxing for a bargain price. Just what we needed!

Dog friendly rooms but our bathroom door couldn't close, the hot water ran out rapidly, the table and chairs in the room, while in theme, were not conducive to actually staying in the room during bad weather. The kitchenette option is nice, the fridge worked, and they provide dish soap, sponges, and towels.

Staff is really friendly,our room was great and we had what we needed as far as kitchen ware etc…… lots of kids around so is definitely kid friendly! Had some unruly late night people above us , staff did what they could so that was nice!
