The only redeeming thing was there were clean towels. The room was dirty. There was a stain on the floor, broken furniture, baseboards were coming apart, and it looked like the room needed to be renovated. The staff was ok. We had two rooms but we were put on different floors on opposite sides of the building.

Inside the drawer was broken.

There was a problem with the sofa bed. When my daughter opened it up it was so bad she refused to sleep on it. We reported it to the manager who was extremely upset and apologized profusely. She wanted to give us a discount but said she couldn’t because the room was paid for through a third party So, the room not so good but the staff was very good.
