I enjoyed my stay at the Rockford. It was in a great part of Adelaide, the pool is a lovely bonus when the weather is great (and it was while I stayed) and I was so close to several Fringe venues I got to pick a fun event spontaneously.

This property is a 2.5/3 star property at best. The beds are comfy and the shower hot. That’s what gives it that rating. Other than the loverly person that checked me in and an amazing young lady with dark brown hair the rest of the front desk staff are, new, not very knowledgeable and when things go wrong unapologetic. When concerns were raised, there was no compensation provided or even an apology and considering that was apart of the service pretty upsetting. However when a complaint was made at checkout and the manager making remarks about myself to the other two front desk staff as I was leaving, with a smirk on their face is pretty revolting.
