There was an insect in the room. Also my request to have a late checkout was denied repeatedly even after offering to offer an additional payment. As a paying customer I felt that my room extension should have been considered instead of a flat out no. This made my stay less than pleasant.

not my best night

the hotel was alright. it was the bed that I could not get on that was not ok. they could see that I was short, but put us in a room with a bed that was above my waist. they did find an old stepstool, but I was almost afraid to use it. I am 80 years old with bad knees. they should use better judgement.
