The staff were really great, polite, helpful, etc. The bar area was pretty nice. Until I dropped something on the floor & found a chicken wing under the seat that had been there for awhile; along with dust & cobwebs attached to the chairs. Our room was not the cleanest. The lobby bathrooms were trashed and didn’t have toilet paper in one of the stalls the entire time we stayed. The pool area was messy, and the heated pool & hot tub were not heated AT ALL. Overall we probably wouldn’t come back to stay. Too many things wrong with the place.

Staff was friendly. Had a room booked for 4, K with sleeper sofa. Had no bedding for sofa-had to go to desk to retrieve it, room only had 2 bath towels and hot tub was lukewarm. I would have thought the hotel would have been a little bit nicer. Found a lighter laying around in the room with some change on the floor.

Room was beautiful. Microwave, coffee machine, tv, refrigerator all worked well . Did not try the hair dryer . Shower head and pressure were fair. Hot tub was Luke warm. Staff was very friendly. Except they came to take us out at 10:01 from the hot tub. To be fair, the sign did say that it closed at 10:00 p.m..

No drain plug, stopper in toilet didn’t work so it ran all night- had to remove tank cover to push plunger down in order to flush toilet. Bartender was super nice and attentive though but rooms certainly need some attention

The breakfast buffet is exactly what you get at other hotels for free. It is not worth $10. Juice was from Aldis, eggs were the just add water and the temp of the food was luke warm at best. The hotel is supposed to be smokefree. It reeked of pot smoke.. in the elevators, in the hallways, at the guest service desk. This hotel is not cheap, therefore I expect better.
