The desk clerk was less than enthusiastic and somewhat curt, not exactly rude, just not pleasant. Everything else about our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect, the closest to the American Falls. The room was clean and very comfortable. Free parking was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Niagara Falls.

Exhausted after arriving at 2:15 AM to pull back the sheets to get in the bed and there was hair on the pillow and sheets. DISGUSTING!! Clearly the bed had been used and sheets were not changed.
