If you’re thinking of traveling to Mexico this is definitely the place to stay. Not a flaw in anything. Don’t be afraid to ask for a double shot in your drinks. They’re so friendly so nice, always there to assist you. I would definitely go again. There’s something to do for everyone in the family.

I have been to Mexico many times, this is the first time I have experienced gastrointestinal issues. Beware of the buffet, not confident in the freshness, especially the seafood. Also the lineups were long.

The entertainment was very good and all of the staff members we had contact with were amazing. However, we stayed in a part of the hotel that is older, and our air conditioning did not work properly while we were there - it was too cold and made us feel uncomfortable. We both contracted the 'flu towards the end of our stay.

Property was clean and staff extremely accommodating and friendly! Food was average.Enjoyed the ability to eat at multiple resorts with one stay. Trams are nice but wish they were more timed.The trams were always delayed in the morning.I am assuming it is due to people cheching out/in. Biggest peeve is the lack of facilities /accomodations for mobility challenged people.Also would have liked more snack options near the pool areas.

Our room had a very unpleasant odor (think strong urine or mold). We tried to stick it out and after a few days requested to move rooms, we were told there were no rooms available (the resort was obviously not full). Not a lot of drink options. Frozen drinks were very sweet too much syrup, nothing like what I have had at other resorts. Although they did provide champagne and bloody marys. Not many fresh or consistent options, they only have one type of beer and serve only Pepsi products. The refrigerator in the room wasn't cold (not too big of a deal). Wait staff at restaurants and bars seemed to just want to put a check in the box and were not too concerned with providing a good customer experience.

Property was very beautiful and well maintained. The staff were phenomenal and super friendly and genuine. The rooms however are quite dated and some of the fixtures werent functioning. Such as our jacuzzi for example. If you do not reserve a restaurant dinner you will be quite upset as the buffet food quality is mediocre at best and very repetitive. Pools close unreasonably early and this was the first resort i have been to where i was kicked off the beach at night just for sitting on a chair. Overall good experience but not great. Im glad i went to try it but i dont see myself going back. There are much better for the same price and alot better for a little more money.

The facilities are dated when you compare it to the other resorts that you have access to. Overall the food and service was good at all restaurants, pool was amazing. Trams come frequently, although they can get quite busy in the evenings. Adults only section gets is right by the infinity pool. Great place to spend a weekend. 2 people in our party of 11 did go home with food poisoning, so be careful what you eat.
