Great experience! Staff were awesome. Very friendly. Food and service as well. The room that we stayed in was not renovated, was alright mostly just for sleeping however it really needs upgrade. If it wasn’t for the family staying next to us, I would have moved. Unpacking my things at the moment and could smell mold on my things. Would still come back in the future but woukd choose different type of room. I would give it a five star if it wasn’t for the moldy room smell. Overall had a great time.

We really enjoyed the pickleball courts and would love to see additional courts dedicated to the sport. We also enjoyed the yoga, aqua-fit sessions, bike tours, pool games and entertainment. Memo and Ramon were great as were all of the other instructors who took over when Memo went on vacation. And the bike tour guides provided very good information about the resort.

The staff provided a first floor room which was much needed after having a knee replacement in Nov. They also gave us a free upgrade when I pointed out my expedia status.

Beautiful resort. Staff was lovely. The rooms are a bit dated but it appears they are remodeling. Property and pool areas are beautiful! Would definitely come back!
