Rooms were clean, comfortable, but not the room type I had reserved. Breakfast was wonderful, everything nicely laid out and very clean. Coffee was great! All vending machines were out of order, on all floors. Front desk staff was missing for 8 min when we tried to check in. Hard to get water for the room.

The hotel was in a great location. A lot of food and shopping right near by. Short drive to our daughter at Union. I think that the shower needs updating. Not as clean as should be.

It was a comfortable and very clean hotel. The staff was also very friendly and willing to help if you needed it. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will be returning if I am in the area again.

These are two amazing services for guests from the hotel. The hotel gives us a bottle of water for our members, and this hotel is the first surprise that they put it in a small and pretty bag! And while I was panicking because I didn't bring a makeup remover, I checked in and came in and found a remover in the bathroom! What an amazing service! Thank you Hampton in!!

Everything was quite nice. Comfy bed, clean functioning shower, clean linens - nothing to require a call to the front desk for help. Breakfast options were a pleasant surprise. All that, said (and I'm not backtracking here), I couldn't help but notice the signs of wear and tear on the facilities. Mostly small things and I want to mention to the management to really look at the lobby and breakfast area furniture especially the couch(es).
