We booked a king room. Upon entering, we noticed that there was food on the floor, massive stains on the bed top cover, and holes in the duvet. I called the front desk and requested a new room. We were given a room with 2 queens and I was told that since it was a "more expensive" room type, there'd be no refund. This was irritating because we booked a king on purpose. Breakfast was lackluster. The hot options were pretty gross, and the toaster took forever to toast a bagel. Given all of the other hotel options in this area, we won't be coming back here.

The staff was very accommodating and the property was very nice. The side chair in the room was terrible (uncomfortable-would have preferred a recliner or something with a footstool), but eveything else was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Wanted to like it more.

Reception and checkout were with the same gentleman who was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Room smelled. Nice glass shower but had mold. Sink had a leak. Subpar breakfast. Too soft mattress. Pilled sheets, which means they are not cotton. No car charger. Why don’t hotels ever have enough towel rods or hooks to dry towels??? It makes it hard to be eco friendly because nobody wants to reuse a soaking wet towel. Broken side door. Overall the property felt safe.

When this property was built it was nice. It has not been maintained and it is very dirty. There is also noticeable damage to tile floors, dents in the walls crooked toilet seats and even a broken sprinkler outside. The staff is nice but seemed pretty overwhelmed and not particularly proactive.
