The room had broken furniture. The pull out mattress did not have linens. When we pulled it out there was some ungodly stain. The elevator and hot tub were broken. No towels ever at the pool. Trash left outside rooms all day and trash piled in laundry room for over 24 hours. Clearly understaffed.

Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. Pull out sofa was perfect for our toddler or small adult only. Pool was nice but hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was nice.. get there early though it gets crowded. Room was very quiet and ac was cold and comfortable. Parking is $10 a day so be prepared for that

The rooms need some upgrades. The sink was leaking, no bedding for the fold out sofa and the bathroom had chipped paint on the walls and baseboards. Also, the pillows were very uncomfortable. We would have expected better for the extreme cost of the rooms per night.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and they had lots of amenities. Parking felt relatively secure and it wasn't too loud during my stay. I could sometimes hear noisy people outside of the hotel because of the area it's in, but this wasn't disturbing enough to bother me in any real way. I would happily stay again.

My room was fab, everything I needed. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Pool and whirlpool area were a bit tired but functional. Breakfast was simple but enough for me. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were all exceptionally efficient and friendly. Tyler sorted me out a room after a miscommunication within the expedia app. The room itself was functional but looking a little faded and in need of an upgrade. A wider range of snacks would be great and the pool was only open from 7 not 6 as indicated by the signs. Thats not a problem but it's about managing expectations!

The staff was excellent and loved the suites only thing I didn’t like was there was a very strong odor of someone smoking weed on our floor told staff and issue was addressed but checked out a day early due to the next day the smell was back
