We were awakened in the middle in the night to people trying to enter the room. Talking to them through the door, it was apparent that they were assigned our room. They left after learning this room was occupied. The next morning I talked to staff person at the desk. He laughed, telling me that there were several wrong room assignments last night. The software was having a problem, but I would only be billed for my time there. Thanks for that. I will not be back.

the walls are paper thin. we could hear the family next door as if they were in our room. kept us up most of the night. once they fell asleep, we could hear them snoring!! and thats while wearing ear plugs. the A/C in room was also super loud, actually worked to drown out snoring beds were comfy clean hotel breakfast was only ok i would not stay again cause no way to get a good night sleep between the neighboors and the noisy A/C

For being a relatively new building there are a lot of issues. We had to change rooms as the first room had blackout blinds that were down but the motor to open it was broken and it could not be opened manually. The wallpapers peeling in the hallways and stained carpets. The room is nice, but not cleaned well, with dust under cabinet and edge of beds, and pillows were flat. The bathroom has stains in the shower and on the wall around the sink. On a positive note, the entire staff was very polite and the common area was clean and professional looking. The gym was clean and the continental breakfast fresh with good selections.

The staff was great and location was convenient but the room was not what we expected. While there was plenty of space there wasn’t any seating and the shower was great for my parents but the way it was water leaked all over the floor. There aren’t many towels so we had to use fresh towels to clean it up. Also the shade in the room didn’t work so it was very dark and not mi h lighting on the room.

The staff and availability of shuttle were fantastic benefits! Breakfast was really good, too. Our only complaint was the paper-thin walls in the room. We could hear all of our neighbors in the hallway and in their rooms, even if they were just talking.
