Unfortunately like most hotels a few days they had staff shortages and we had an issue with getting different answers about having someone bring towels. I talked with the staff and a few dedicated employees came in on their day off to help out. I enjoyed having time to recognize their work ethic and checking out we were given a voucher. I know it’s not their fault it is hard to get good workers these days. My good star was because it took three days to get our towels swapped out.

Definitely enjoyed this hotel, especially the Happy Hour and breakfast…a bonus!! We must of went during spring break, so there were lots of kids in the pool. Room was clean…staff was very friendly…the bartender (Anna? I think) she was awesome!
