On the day we left for the airport the girl was pretty rude. We also helped her load the bags as she seemed not to be up to the task. Did not think she was very friendly at all. The day we arrived for the shuttle the gentleman was very nice.

The hotel was fine, but there is a food bank across the street and lots of homeless hanging around 24/7. Parking is a nightmare and the streets are divided causing alot of turning around on side streets to get going the right direction.

Didn’t clean our room! Had to reuse our towels and cups! Gross! Confused on breakfast being only for Homewood suites even though we were in the same building. How is that even possible that a Hilton Inn be combined with Homewood Suits.Not impressed, I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.
