We stayed two nights with a pet and family member. Staff did call after we checked in to see if all was to our liking. Too soon to tell at that point. The rooms need major updating, floors , trim , bathtubs , curtains all were very roughed up. Shower head so low even this 5'6 person here had a hard time washing head, and my 5'11- 6 ft family couldn't at all. Water pressure was terrible, and the worst thing was , on our last day, my daughter went to make her bed, and found blood and yellow stains on white comforter that had been turned upside down as to not see them. Hotel was quiet, felt safe although neighbors is very old. For the amount charged for the room, $168 ish, it wasn't worth it.

The hotel is old and dated. The bathroom has been updated, but not in the recent past. Walking on the floor with bare feet felt somewhat dirty. Parking was good. The yogurt in the breakfast area had expired by two plus weeks. The tv worked, but the channels did not mesh with the remote.

The first night there was loud music playing and people being really loud. When I talked to the front desk they said they would have them be quiet and it did not happen. The curtains were falling apart and the windows were dirty, and one of the lights did not work.

I would like some kind of a refund. The floors were dirty we had to sweep the room, the room smelled like pee from where dogs are allowed to stay. Pool was dirty, breakfast ran out of yogurt. They also do not clean your rooms unless you ask. This is maybe a 1.1/2 star. When I first reviewed you had this rated as 3.5-4 star not at all. Very disappointed and looks like young people are running this place. This place needs lots of work and workers do not speak English ? We rented 2 rooms and would like a refund.

This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The floor was dirty with dust bunnies and dead bugs, the room smelled like a nursing home, the bathroom had a musty smell (there was also no ventilation), and I’m almost positive the bathroom has mold. The family felt terrible during our stay and felt better as soon as we were gone for more than a few hours. It was a last minute balloon fiesta booking so I’m blame myself for not planning better.
