The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to check-in two hrs. early. This is nice when you have been traveling by car most of the day. The bed and linens felt clean and very luxurious.

The bedding was dirty and the phone did not work. They said they would compensate our stay some way and it has been a week and have not heard anything back on what will be done about the issues. The phone not working is a safety and security issue and the dirty bed is bad hygiene. Not sure I would recommend anyone stay here.

There were two things that bothered me. First, the towels were not soft!!! They were hard and rough. I would suggest you replace them with soft ones. It sure would help your image. Second, when I asked the toll plaza which restaurants had gluten-free choices, they told me all of them. The first 3 restaurants I asked for gluten-free choices, they told me they had NO gluten-free choices! Bummer. That's not a good sign. I thought you were customer service oriented. Can't give you an excellent rating!!!

Waited in the lobby until 4 o’clock with 75 other people waiting to get checked into room rooms that were vacant empty and waiting for people to be in. Your new policy regarding early check-in fees is absolutely ridiculous. What the hell do you think this is Las Vegas?

My friends and I stayed here for my birthday weekend looking to enjoy the amenities and a night of gambling/drinking/dining. First of all, the swimming pool is beautiful with a bar next to it but the entire room is full of children!! When we checked in, there was a class of middle schoolers that just arrived (annoyed but whatever). My friends and I race to the pool since we know they wouldn’t be there for a while but it was completely full of toddlers and children under 10! We’re try to ignore it because we just want to float around and relax after the work week. However, the kids are invading our space and continue to be rowdy with parents ignoring it all. Everyone is wearing the pool passes and relatives are letting them in with their hotel card. Almost none of these families were hotel guests. And the hotel does not offer “day passes” so they were swimming for free. We eventually leave and go to the sports bar (closes/stops serving at 9PM btw) for dinner. There were still other tables awaiting their food by the time we sat down. We offered to leave but our server insisted we stay despite her awful attitude. The bar closes at 12AM but last call is 11:30PM. We get a couple of rounds and enjoy the rest of the night gambling. The casino floor is very well kept and it’s a beautiful resort. For $200/night, this experience sucked. We were ready to spend money (and hopefully win) but were disappointed with how too family friendly the resort was. Won’t be staying here again…
