The hotel was in the downtown area and if we were to visit Albuquerque again, we would choose to stay in a different area. The neighbourhood didn’t feel very safe. We struggled to find suitable restaurants for evening meals and the hotel restaurant wasn’t open. Our room was comfortable, staff were helpful and the parking facility was good.

The hotel has a mold/mildew smell when you walk in and on the 13th floor. The toilet pressure is horrible and the shower runs like a kiddie sprinkler. There is also black mold around the titles in the shower. The staff was nice, but I think the 13th floor needs to be renovated.

Classy Hotel

Excellent hi-rise hotel in the center of town. Beautiful lobby and decor, easy drive into for valet or self park, large rooms, pool and jacuzzi.

The front desk staff was rude at best. We were not able to check-in until 2 hours after the check-in time and the staff was upset that we asked about status of our room. The room itself was okay. A/C didn’t work properly and again, the staff was visibly upset that we asked to have the a/c looked at. Valet parking took incredibly long and I’m almost 100% sure the valet driver was high. When trying to get a seat at the restaurant, multiple staff walked by us and didn’t even try to seat us at a table. After 15 minutes, we went back to our room. For the price we paid….not worth the money

The lobby area is beautiful, but parking areas and all elevators had trash all over the floor. Once you get to the room floors, it smells like urine. The room was very musty and did not appear clean. Had cleaning staff come in and when we came back they had taken all of the soaps and shower bottles and left very few towels. Went to the hall to catch cleaning staff but they were gone already, then the key didn’t work to get back in. Had to go down to the front counter to get another key. For the high prices, I think they can figure out a good carpet cleaning or air freshener to make the smell a bit better

We reserved two rooms, one was ready on time, but the other wasn’t ready until 8 o’clock at night. Once we checked into the second room, we had zero water or hot water from the sink, the toilet ran all night long, a wash rag was dirty, there was dried blood on the pillowcase and a single shoe stuck in our refrigerator, (which appeared to be an afterthought placed on the floor between the desk and the dresser). When we advised the front desk about these issues, she laughed it off like it wasn’t a big deal, but she did send someone up there to fix the water in the sink, which then fix the running toilet

The downstairs is beautiful but doesn’t match the outdated rooms. The beds were comfy enough, but it wasn’t anything special. Bathrooms were considerably outdated. The phone didn’t work so couldn’t order room service. Went down to the front desk to ask how I could do it and she said I could call the front desk and she’d transfer me. Tried to do that, but got voicemail the 6 times I tried. Finally got someone in reservations, they transferred me to Carrie’s, anddddd got voicemail.

The hotel itself is quite lovely. We were offered a free upgrade and the room was clean, quiet, spacious and the view was wonderful. The bed was a little mushy but other than that, I’d highly recommend.

Comfortable beds for stay. Charges daily resort fee for ?. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Limited chaise lounge seats. Excellent work out facility but only 1 treadmill working, no water available and hand sanitizer empty. Downtown convenient location.

-We were given only one bar of soap between shower and sink for 2 people! Gross! -There was no shower curtain liner either. -The desk chair was FILTHY, needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. -At the desk, there were crumbs under the glass, clearly not cleaned in a while. -No to-go-cups for the coffee?? We were there for balloon week and left at 3 a.m. for 2 mornings in a row. It would have been nice to be able to bring coffee with us that early, especially since we paid a premium for the room those nights because of Balloon Fiesta. I will not be recommending your hotel.
