The hotel room was very clean, spacious and had what you needed for a short stay. The grounds are pretty basic with free parking outside your room door. Bed was very comfortable. Located in the business area of Wodonga and not far from the local shopping precint. Value for money. Easy access with door code, not needing to worry about keys. Would stay again.

The staff rating scores 1star, because there were no staff. Everything was managed by emails and I didn’t see a single staff member in my two night stay there. It is cost effective but otherwise drab and dated.

It was fine for the price and we always tidy the room over and above expectations....10 minutes before vacate time of 10am ..a man came knocking on our door and rudely told us it was almost 10....left straight away and 4 hours later ..realised i had left a bottle of champagne and 2 cans of coffee cocktail in fridge ...they were a gift to take with us...rang and was told no problem you can oick them up monday ....3days later..when we called in wS given the champagne but no explanation for the cocktail cans ..go figure
