The hotel receptionist was not present when we arrived to the hotel. We had to wait approximately 20 minutes until she finally came to help us with the check in process. The TV was not working. I said that to the hotel receptionist, but they never fix it.

Everything was okay the front desk staff was EXCELLENT!! All the ladies were very nice and welcoming. However toilet was broke and made noise ALL NIGHT!! Especially when you flushed it, and the shower water pressure wasn't very good at all. Outside of that it was a fair experience

Originally had our room of a 1 BR mixed up and not available had us in a 2 queen room. Talked front desk & they had no 1 BR available. Was going to cancel but decided to wait & see if they did anything next day. They rearranged their reservations the next day & moved us to the room we had reserved. Anyone can make a mistake, it is how it is corrected that counts and they corrected their error. Great front desk staff. Many restaurants nearby.
