Good hotel in an excellent location, with nice rooms and a very good breakfast. I was just disappointed as I'd requested twin rooms for our group and we were given double beds. Otherwise it was a good place to stay in Alicante.

Close to the water, entrance in square, good breakfast, staff is helpful, little loud at night in the square. Very touristy area. Best restaurants to eat at are La Crispeta and Restaurante Fondillon. Everything else is just very touristy.

The room was clean but the beds were absolutely horrible. Worst hotel bed I’ve slept in ever. We also had a room 101 that the bathroom smelled like a sewer coming through the drains and it’s also right next to where they have breakfast and it is very loud. We wouldn’t stay there again.

Beautiful place! Lots of attention to detail! But wi-fi was not working and no one could help. The desk couldn’t change large bills, couldn’t mail my letters or even tell me the location of a mailbox.
