The only thing that did go well was Front Desk support in the evening - MacKenzie. She was very helpful and helped me with my Hilton Rewards.
The room was outdated, fly on the window sill, hair dryer looked like a dog chewed it and the hot water took about 10 minutes to heat up before you could shower.
Breakfast was Ok, but the first day the potatoes were so dry and the omelets didn't have cheese (I think it could have been an option). The second day the potatoes were pretty much raw and it was egg omelet soup. I was afraid we were both going to get sick. And don't even get me started on all of the screaming kids at breakfast...
For $150 plus a night it wasn't worth it. I expected a lot more from a Hampton Inn.
