actually had to put heat on, was still on cool, and when we left no one was at desk , wanted to tell them we unplugged the fridge because it was making a loud ticking noise, couldn't sleep lol, plugged it back in before we left, but other then that it was clean and fine

I've stayed here over a dozen times over the last 5 years. It's my go to stay when visiting family in Allentown. Clean, convenient, and centrally located for my errands and visits. I was only disappointed once with a front desk clerk in summer 2025. He's no longer employed there I believe. He was less than welcoming. Other than that loser. It has always been a good experience. I'll be back in June.

I would not stay here again. The staff were rude and unwelcoming. The breakfast buffet was empty, and they did not replenish the food when it ran out. Some people had to go without eating. The carpet in my room smelled like a dirty mop and all they could do about it was give me an air freshener. They made me leave my room in pajamas because of a billing issue at 2am! They didn’t want to give us a second key even though we were 2 guests. The list goes on. I would not recommend this place.

Staff were courteous and rooms were pretty clean. Only concern with the rooms-a couple of the towels weren’t clean. The lighting in the room is also very dark. Brighter bulbs and more lights would be great.

The room was clean but definitely needed some updates. The walls were extremely thin, neighbors were keeping people up at night, outlets in walls could barely hold grip a charger, and the tv was okay. Staff was helpful and kind.
