From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was quick and effortless, and my room was spotless with a fresh, inviting scent. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and a handwritten welcome note. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of variety and fresh options. The location was ideal—close to great restaurants and attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. What truly stood out was the service: every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I left feeling refreshed and valued as a guest. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

The room was disgusting. I arrived, inspected the room and it was terrible. Garbage in the garbage can, mold on the air conditioner vents, hair on the bed. After 10 minutes, I got up and took my keys to the front desk and told the gentleman it wasn’t up to my standards and walked away, due to not wanting to make a seen as other guests were there. I then called the front to talk to Victor and ask for my refund and he tried to tell me I stayed there for longer than an hour and that the room was “clean.” He then said he would issue me a refund, and as 3 weeks have passed, several calls to the hotel, still no refund. 0/10 do not recommend. I have pictures I’m just not sure how to post them.

I had a great stay at this property! The room was spotless and very comfortable, which made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I really appreciated the convenient parking, which made coming and going super easy. The hot tub was a nice bonus perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

Seemed clean enough and comfortable enough. Staff and other patrons were friendly. My main criterion was closeness to Dorney Park - worked well for that. I was able to walk to/from the park. Only compaint was that you could hear EVERYTHING that happened in the hallway - bring earplugs if you want to sleep past 7AM.
