I really enjoy staying at this hotel. It is just quiet, tranquil and relaxing. Very helpful and friendly staff. This is the only hotel in Allentown Pennsylvania that we look forward to staying.

We stayed here for a pet-friendly getaway. We chose the property for its high ratings, allowing well-behaved dogs, and the price was in our budget. There were 2 weddings that weekend as they also have an event area and we could hear the dj thumping music in our room on an upper floor for three hours. This was not disclosed when booking the room. Prices at the little food area in the lobby are outrageous, as I paid $5 for one soft drink. So dont recommend that. Everything else was great. However, be aware that parking spots are at a premium when there are events.

This motel was chosen because my first choice i was unable to.book and i am so glad! Great co.fortable.clean relaxing motel. Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from and fresh. They accommodated my daughters small birthday party of 7 people that turned into 23 people with no issues. Definitely recommend!!

Lovely modern hotel

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this Hyatt location for spring break for 4 nights. The place was beautiful, newly built and modern. The free breakfast was great and the Westside Grill food was also on point. We love that it was also in close proximity to other restaurants and stores about a mile away. Plus it is pet friendly! We will surely return.

Check in was at 4PM, I got there at 4:15PM and they told me my room was still not ready. After a 9hr drive and 4 months of this hotel room already booked I find that to be a major inconvenience. The receptionist who checked me in showed no remorse and the very disappointing manager who was standing at the computer next to her showed no remorse and instead gave a nasty attitude. Hotel was beautiful even though it was not clean after even having to wait over half an hour of the room not being ready there was crumbs on the floor and trash displayed near fridge. Shower had hair and towels had stains. Restructuring of current staff is needed or at least a lesson on professionalism and house keeping.

My fiancé and I LOVED our stay!! We booked the studio style room at the Hyatt House and it was both spacious and convenient all the way around. The breakfast and workout room was also a great way to start our day (my favorite was the peloton :) ). There are also many activities within an hour of this hotel (shopping malls, Hershey Park, Dutch Wonderland, etc.) making this location perfect for a vacation around Pennsylvania!
