A little hard to find at night, had to circle the area a couple of times until we went down the correct street. No elevator was a small problem, good thing we didn't have heavier bags. otherwise the place was fine.

I had a double with 2children & 2 adult they only has 2 towels I asked for the room to be cleaned @ the front desk the room was never touched some of the lamps were not working the refrigerators did not cool & the coffee maker did not work. I will never will stay there again.

Great service and a comfortable room

Everything went well. My only caution to prospective guests would be to request a first floor room, as there are no elevators on the property. If anyone has difficulty climbing or descending stairs, that could be a concern if you get an upstairs room.

Property is difficult to find especially at night. The entrance looks like you're heading down a pot-holed alleyway and really isn't well marked

Booked a Deluxe King, check in and all they had was handy cap rooms or Two Queens When I booked it said 4 available, Also says newly renovated room. Hotel was renovated 3 years ago.

The first night we were awaked by some *extremely* noisy neighbors, to the degree that I was actively searching for a different place to stay at 7:30 in the morning. I reported it to the desk, who took it seriously and confirmed the issue. They moved our room to the 2nd floor, where it was quiet the rest of the stay. Kudos to Kenya, who really took care of us.
