Quiet-except when people let kids run wild

We stayed Monday through Saturday. Weeknights were very quiet. Friday night was noisy due to children running up and down the hall from 8:30 until midnight or a little later. I was already in bed so

Some of the staff were friendly, others too nosey and ready to gossip the second they could. I began to not want to stay because of the drama. Pool was closed about 7-8 days out of the month we stayed. Some of your staff was super nice and made you feel welcomed. If you eat make sure not to take too much because you'll be all they talk about. All in all an okay stay.

Wish you could actually control the room temp

The front desk associates were very nice and welcoming. However our temperature controls in the room were non existent. No matter what we did it was 80 degrees in the room which was miserable. Also not sure why we only had 2 bath towels provided when we had 3 people checking in. We have stayed here previously and this is the only stay where I might never come back, just because of the room situation.

Staff was so friendly and made me feel like an old friend. The rooms were obviously lovingly cleaned, and signs were very easy to find to navigate the large building. Pool was huge and warm. Plumbing needed improvements but that’s nothing that the staff could fix without corporate inclusion

They put noisy people with young kids partying by me then apologized for the excessive noise. But then the very next night put party across the hall again. Then the next night let a drunk belligerent man check in next door. I had to call the front desk 4 times during my stay for excessive noise. I traveled out of state on business and paid good money for a suite. I had not 1 full night of sleep.I will not recommend to my business partners.

It was clean. They did not provide a sheet for the pull-out bed when we asked for one we were told that there was one in one of the drawers. We searched and nothing. Told them again and never got a sheet.
