There are two terraces one of which is exceptionally large with panoramic views of the countryside and Alora´s Moorish Castle which is perched on top of a hill and looks particularly spectacular and romantic at night when illuminated. Alora is a traditional Andalucian whitewashed village sitting on top of the hills of El Hacho which is 400 metres above sea level. As well as being able to soak in the atmosphere of a traditional Spanish working village, with its narrow, winding, cobbled streets and local shops, you will find a wide variety of restaurants and tapas bars. Alora is very popular with golfers, walkers, climbers and watersports enthusiasts as it is only 12 km from the beautiful lakes of El Chorro. It has excellent communication links with Malaga, Antequerra, Ronda, the airport and the Costa del Sol.
