Well I booked online through hotels.com went to check in after 2pm the red head girl at the desk started giving me a hard time because I had already paid and even showed her my receipt then she had the nerve to say well it’s not showing on my end so you can’t check in I politely said I’m not paying twice give me my room keys that I have already paid for it took the manager to come out and fix everything a few hours later. I was not happy everyone else at the hotel was friendly except for the young red head she should find a new job where you don’t have to help the public. She literally was like I’m not checking you in I don’t know who made you the gatekeeper when I already paid next time I will stay somewhere else

The room looked like it had not been maintained for a lot of years. The lampshades were broken the headboard and the desk was badly worn. The bathroom door would not open the whole way because the floor was uneven. The beds were as hard as a rock. Rooms did not have USB ports for charging phones or laptops. Signs stated they were beginning renovations. Spoke to other folks that were staying there. They said their room was fine. Rest assured I will never stay there again.

Room could have been cleaner. Headboards to the beds had a layer of dust. The hallway had a chemical smell similar to bug spray. Shower was dingy and paint peeling around the drain. The staff was polite and had excellent costumer service.
