There were posted signs that the hotel was starting to undergo renovations. However that seemed to allow it to be messy for no reason. Our room door didn't work, we had to fight to get it to close or open. There were a pile of random screws behind the door. There was trash from a previous resident in our trash. One of the entry tables has a pile of dust and debris on it that wasn't cleaned up all three nights we were there. Otherwise, great breakfast and quiet.

This was obviously once a cheap hotel that they are trying to polish. They had what seemed like all of the guests crammed into one corner of the hallway. Can hear atleast 2 of my neighbors talking in their rooms. The workers I met were kind of trashy. Housekeeping was beating on doors and yelling housekeeping starting at 9 am. So, if thats how you want to spend your money then this is the place for you.

This property is undergoing a renovation. The room was a nice size but the furniture was old and worn. The TV was also older and the reception was scratchy at times. The bed, however was comfortable. The indoor pool and jacuzzi area was unusable due to the renovation so some of the amenities weren't available. I hate to judge at this point due to the renovation but, being a Radisson property, I would expect good things once the reno is finished.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean with exception of a bit of mold in bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Value of room was great. Breakfast has a lot of variety but food could stand to be fresher and the juice was not good at all. Other than that it was a great place to catch some sleep between our drives!

Still some updating going on since Radisson took over. Some light fixtures are outdated and could use updating for brighter lighting in bathroom. Staff was very helpful changing rooms for us, as I accidentally booked an accessible room that didn't work for us. Thank you.

Checked in to Room 135, room was nasty, I turned down the bed and noticed stains under the sheet. It was yellow stains all over the mattress. It was horrific it look like someone just decided to urinate over the entire mattress. We went to find the young girl who checked us and we were able to get a double room not a king what we had but it was somewhat clean enough to sleep for one night. I expected more the curtains in the first room look like a rag that was hung on the window the blind didn’t work. They didn’t have cookies which every Country Inn that I have ever been in had fresh cookies. Needless to say I was disappointed in the whole experience. It takes no time to clean a room you guys need to do better!!
