Still some updating going on since Radisson took over. Some light fixtures are outdated and could use updating for brighter lighting in bathroom. Staff was very helpful changing rooms for us, as I accidentally booked an accessible room that didn't work for us. Thank you.

Checked in to Room 135, room was nasty, I turned down the bed and noticed stains under the sheet. It was yellow stains all over the mattress. It was horrific it look like someone just decided to urinate over the entire mattress. We went to find the young girl who checked us and we were able to get a double room not a king what we had but it was somewhat clean enough to sleep for one night. I expected more the curtains in the first room look like a rag that was hung on the window the blind didn’t work. They didn’t have cookies which every Country Inn that I have ever been in had fresh cookies. Needless to say I was disappointed in the whole experience. It takes no time to clean a room you guys need to do better!!

Checked in on 10/3 first room was dirty still and not cleaned yet. Tiffany took care of the issue . 10/4 - started off with hair dryer catching on fire had to get a replacement cable went Saturday morning and never came back on. The room wasn’t cleaned when we left for some time. Came back asked the desk clerk Ally for towels and that the cable wasn’t work to watch college football. She denied me clean towels because housekeeping was not there that day and the cable was before upgraded so it was going to be out . Went to a wedding and came back to change so I asked Ally for her name so I can get it right when I make a complaint to Radisson. Her answer for the towels was it was not her department and house keeping was off. I replied I have no clean towels so how am I suppose to take a shower and dry off. I travel a lot in and out of the country with this being my worst experience ever. I normally go with the flow but when someone tells me it’s not their department and cable is being upgraded on a Saturday with great games on . She just made excuses instead of finding a solution . I even offered to show her how to operate the washer and dryer if she did not how to use them.

under renovation and didn't know this. pergaos it will be better. Entry door was very hard tp push open (carpet issue). TV in cabonet in sitting room had been removed. TV in bedroom not working and took maintenance person an hour to come to fix. Big empty space in sitting room that obvious was for a table and chairs.

The place was under renovation, which I wasn’t told the TV didn’t work. The phone didn’t work. The desk was broken. There’s mold in the bathroom. The beds were hard as a brick and the guy who came to put a new box in the TV came at 2 o’clock in the afternoon when I had to go to a wedding and argued with me that I was supposed to let him in. Ignorance.

We weren’t allowed onto the premises until late because the football team was there. Check in was inefficient—she ran out of key cards; how ridiculous is that? Someone was in the room after the maid. Bathroom door didn’t close properly, missing curtain. Lobby looked nice. Breakfast appearance was very nice, the food was ordinary and adequate.

When checking in noticed crumbs on upholstered chair and floor. Asked them to vacuum but in two days stay the room was never cleaned. Four adults checked in. Three sets of towels were provided. Requested additional towels which were never provided. Asked room to be serviced. Not provided. Hotel is under construction. We were not informed of that until we arrived. Asked why broken furniture was in our room and told because our hotel was under construction. Don’t stay here.

Poor hotel not stay again

The property is subpar for the rating Hotel.com gave. Our room had 7Let me repeat 7 love bugs in different areas of room (all were removed before we slept) the drapes were actually torn an hanging. Since we stayed two nights we were advised NO Housecleaning (I had to go to front desk for towels 5 workers standing there but no one to deliver guest fresh towels) the desk chair arm was broken cutting into my partners arm bleeding down his arm. Called front desk reply”We are under remodel” breakfast on second day was poorly supplied of meager food items. Coffee was cold a not resupplied. No waffle mix available. All staff crowded at front desk totally ignoring guest

Our room was clean but all the furniture was scratch and well used. The maid had not completed making one bed. The rooms base board was stapled on oddly. The bathroom had shampoo splashed on one wall. Our AC was very loud and the tv got poor reception.
