Friendly greeting by registration staff. Allowed to check in to our room 30 minutes prior to the designated check in time of 3:00. Room was very clean and I have high standards. Quiet night sleep in a comfortable bed.

Too much noise from other rooms. The walls don't have enough soundproof insulation. Even with the tag for Do Not Disturb, the housekeeping staff keeps knocking at our door in the morning.

This place is looking pretty long in the tooth. The air conditioner is very noisy and doesn't seem to answer to the thermostat. The TV in the bathroom did not work and there are neither vents nor a fan in the bathroom so it gets pretty uncomfortable after a shower. The TV in the room has very limited choices: no Netflix or Hulu capability. That's a serious deficit. The staff was nice, but the facility? Meh.

The staff was very friendly and the room is clean and comfortable. However, the walls are thin, and there was a lot of people running up and down the hall, dogs barking, and someone above us stomping around on the floor all night. None of us got a very good night sleep and we are exhausted.

The room was awesome, staff friendly. Those one thing is that the coffee and juice machines kept shutting down for breakfast. A little inconvenient when there were a lot of people waiting to get a coffee or juice
