The room was good and the bed very comfortable. On check in the gentleman at reception stuffed a handful of food in his mouth before speaking to me with a mouthful of food and chewing the whole time. There was nobody about at checkout and myself and another guest stood for 5 minutes before a member of staff appeared from somewhere and said she could take our keys from us

Amazing finishes, located close to food and highway access, pet friendly but with a fee, yes a bar! Amazing breakfast unlike Hilton has hot food with salsa/cheese/tortillas for your eggs sausage waffles late night snacks..nice gym and pool

Overall great stay

Breakfast was great. Staff was great. Pool was great . Overall everything was great. My only very small complaint would be cleanliness. Overall the room was clean but just the nooks and crannies need a lil attention but I love the Hyatt and will always chose to stay here wherever I am.

New Hotel Great Location

Brand new hotel. Very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Still putting a few finishing touches on the hotel. That's how new it is.
