I’m a female solo traveler and I felt super safe staying at this hotel. It was the perfect place to stay on my way from south Texas up to Colorado. It was clean and comfortable, with great customer service. They also had a lot of different options for breakfast. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay!

The place was new, clean and very comfy. The breakfast was nice and the staff were helpful. We will definitely stop by again. Oh and the cute prairie dogs outside the parking lot just made our trip!

Second Time Just as Fine

We have stayed here once before. This time the room just did not stay cool enough for our liking. And the mini fridge was broken so we couldn’t keep our drinks in there. Otherwise it was a good stay. Kids played in the pool a bit. Bed comfy. Room quiet. Shower good. Off the interstate so it was quiet but convenient. Breakfast was good also.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. The hotel had a kind of Scandinavian feel, simple furnishings and clean lines. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. My daughter and I both wondered about the pillow cases though. They appeared to be thin, worn out cotton with little balls on them that could be felt when lying on them. All of them were like that. Weird. Minor problem. We loved the place. The staff was super helpful.

The room was nice enough but it's incredible that a Hyatt hotel would have a dilapidated bed that slants to the left with tiny, cheap, lumpy pillows that are extremely uncomfortable -- not even standard size and full of lumps. To top it all off, the sheets were cheap and very rough. Hyatt properties have gone downhill; this is not my first poor experience. Try Hilton instead.
