Excellent stay however a couple of things to look at: Sink had some mold Shower head not working properly. It had hard water deposits At check in we were told breakfast was from 7 to 10 am . Our second night (morning) they closed breakfast at 9am so we missed it.

Hotel was clearly very new and had a variety of up-to-date features (pool, good gym, etc.) Customer service wasn’t super-friendly at any point of the stay. Very perfunctory rather than genuinely polite. When walking around the lobby with my child in the morning, I was repeatedly asked by staff in an almost forsuspicious manner if I had been “checked in” for breakfast, I.e., had I paid for breakfast. Very odd interaction to be that on edge about ensuring people pay for breakfast. Breakfast should be complimentary or included in the room price at a hotel of this caliber. I travel often for work and I never have to pay for breakfast in many hotels at this level (or even lesser quality). I have stayed at another Hyatt Place elsewhere in TX (College Station) and breakfast is included there. The rooms were very cold and it felt like the heat did not get hot enough to keep the room truly warm. It was snowing the day we left, so the temperature was pretty low overnight. The outside temperature definitely dropped the room temperature a lot and it kept waking my baby up. The pack-and-play in the room was of low quality. Mattress was thin and you could feel the support bars through it. Anytime our baby would move around she would wake up from being cold or uncomfortable. Finally, the pack-and-play was set up in the room with a bunch of hotel sheets folded up around the mattress. I’m sure the person who set it up meant well, but that isn’t considered safe sleep for a baby.

The room was super clean, and as a solo female traveler, I felt super safe. It's clustered amongst other hotels; it's quiet and really comfortable. The shower was amazing, and the bed was super comfortable. Recommend 100%!

Room was very clean and set up nicely. Blackout blinds were very nice. The advertised free breakfast is actuall $8.00 per person. It is comparable to a continental simple but adequate breakfast. We even had to bus our own table. Staff was very professional and personal.
