I would not recommend this hotel for a transit through Amman. They are hard to reach, don’t answer messages sent them through the App, took so long to transfer us for the 10 min drive from and to the Amman airport. There were no towels in the room, brown water spurted from the sink at one point, and I had to move from one room to another because of plumbing back fumes in the room.

Only planned to stay there until my flight allowed us to board at 1 am. They made me take on another room and forced it! Had a guide try and explain but they still do that!

Avoid at all costs. We booked as our flight came in at 12.45am. The transfer bus took an hour to show up, and when we arrived at the hotel, they wouldn't give a key to the room but kept saying the door would be open. The first room had a guest in, the second one we were told to go to, we waited outside for 30 minutes with other guests also trying to get into rooms. After visiting reception for a third time, we were given a different room after demanding a key. Once in the room, there were no towels and the room was FILTHY. Not just slightly, the switches were black from dirt, there was blood spattered behind the bed and in the sheets, the plug sockets didn't work. On top of this, staff were knocking on doors from 5 in the morning and tried to enter our room at 8am without knocking. Horrendous experience. Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere else.

The room was horrible, it was kinda clean but soo old, no towels unless asked for them and the breakfast my husband got a terrible food poisoning and for the next 13 hours flight he suffered. Such a horrible experience would never repeat it again. The only good thing was one receptionist who was so helpful and the man who took us to our room.

It is in a nice location for airport transit. The property doesn't have a non-smoking room at all. When we arrived just past midnight there was no towels in the room, after requesting 10 minutes later a staff delivered two bath towel, no other hand towel or wash cloth. The breakfast has a lot of choices but not really appealing. There is bottle water available amd a orangr colored drink. Don't get too excited about the breakfast.
