This place is very clean. My bed sheet was always changed everyday. Area is close to the Central Station which makes it easy to travel around amsterdam and outside of amsterdam.

Hotel mornings was the worst!!!

The hotel itself was very nice, and the staff were helpful throughout our stay. However, I’m giving a lower rating because our experience was significantly impacted by early morning construction noise. Out of the three days we stayed, two were disrupted by loud construction starting as early as 7:00 AM. I raised the issue with the manager, but was told there was nothing they could do. Even starting at 10:00 AM would have allowed us a few extra hours of much-needed rest. This trip was meant to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and unfortunately, being woken up so early each morning really took away from the experience. To make matters worse, we had traveled from New York and were already dealing with a six-hour time difference. It just wasn’t the relaxing getaway we had hoped for.

Hotel is under remodel process and didn’t advise in advance. They’re having trouble with air condition and when we ask for help the person on the counter says I’m sorry, but we’re having trouble with air conditioning in the hotel, so temperature is hot. Location is good

I was paying good money for the smallest room I've ever seen in my entire travel history - NOT a single desk, so I had to work with my laptop on a pillow in bed, the bed was not only too small but uncomfortable, there was only 1plug in the whole room, but thanks to myself I had an extension with me. I must say it was the worst hotel I ever stayed in, never ever again. I would never recommend this fxxking hotel to anyone and I meant it!!!

We checked into our room only to find it extremely hot with no working air conditioning. We were unable to open our window because we faced a courtyard which was an ongoing worksite to with dust and debris everywhere. The staff did not warn us about the broken air conditioning before check in, then told us there was nothing they could do to help us afterwards since we already checked in.

El hotel tiene una perfecta localización cerca a la estación del tren y la plaza Dam. La propiedad tuvo problemas con la unidad central de aire acondicionado debido a que es una unidad antigua que necesita renovación. Pasamos muy mal la noche.

Very basic, tiny room and our room was so close to the lift we were kept awake all night. Plug socket beside bed didn't work. Couldn't open bathroom door fully as bed was there. Asked reception if we could move rooms or pay for a larger room away from the lift which was declined.

They were doing renovations and we had drywall dust all over the bathroom and construction noice started at 7:00 am. Sink was broke - had to get maintenance to fix.

It is okay. The hotel is under renovation and it has impact to the stay. The reception is good. One of the receptionist is nice and show friendliness while the other show us cold face. Elevator is small and slow. The room is okay. They gave us welcome chocolate which is awesome. The coffee they offer is fine.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Single room was a little small (to be expected), but was comfy and well setup. Staff and service was very good. Shame about the building noise on the last morning, but we were warned about that in advance

We were not aware when we booked that the property was under construction which meant the facade was covered and the view from the room was blocked. Construction noise started at 7:30 every morning, disrupting our sleep. Other than that, the stay was great. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The bathroom was on the smaller side. The location is great with easy access to several tram lines.
