This vacation home (2.5 Miles from Disneyland - 8 min drive) is the showcase for our reputation in term of Design & Manage our property to deliver your most wonderful time while staying. Graduate from an Architecture School, and work for an architecture firm for 12 years, I transform the house into Kid's Paradise.... full of architectural details, it looks great and function well. Child Safety is our #1 criteria during remodeling, and furnishing process. It is a huge 2,850 sq. ft. but you will feel a lot bigger than this for a big group.

The house was very clean! The pool was great but note it is NOT heated. While the spa/hot tub was supposed to be heated it only worked on the last night of our stay. That was disappointing. It took multiple messages back and forth with the host to get it operational. The instructions at the house that tell you how to use the heaters don't work so you have to ask for it to be heated via the host- kind of an annoying process. The home was very clean but is is very sparsly decorated with only the very minimal furnature. Lacking basic things like end tables, and lamps. One room just had two couches in it, that was it.

This place was perfect. Very nice and in a nice area. Close proximity to Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center where my granddaughter had a cheer competition. There was a little confusion about the pool being heated, but the hosts took care of the problem very quickly. They were very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay there again as long as the pool is heated. We had a great time and everyone thoroughly enjoyed that heated pool and spa. It made all the difference in our stay. Thanks so much to the owners for making our trip a very great and memorable vacation. . They were wonderful.

This was a comfortable stay for a family of 9. Very family friendly with games, movies, pool/beach toys. The themed rooms were a fun surprise for my kids! It is located close to Disneyland. We were able to come home for lunch and take a break before returning to close down the park! The hosts are very responsive and accommodating, which made our stay so pleasant.

I reserved this house because the property description and reviews clearly said that it had a heated pool and spa. We were able to use the spa for one day. When asking about the heated pool, the owner said that they don't heat it because it costs too much. They said the description only says heated spa. I'm not sure if they changed the main header description to say only heated spa or not, but it still showed heated pool and spa in the bigger property description. Then when we came home after being out, the spa was empty. When I asked about it, then the owner said they would have the pool guy look at it, but never happened. Overall the place was a big let down. We were planning on spending a day or two just chilling at the house because the pool and spa is what got me to choose this over other properties, but ended up just being a place to lay our heads. Also very outdated with an old smell and not comfortable beds. Also for a place that advertised sleeps 10, they only provided 5 towels, so we had to wash towels and share multiple times. Hopefully this review helps others, because the reviews I read led me to believe this was a really nice place with a heated pool and spa that would be a fun option for our family.

The home was nice and all the beds were comfortable except the room with the two race car beds, they felt like you were laying on metal. I’m not sure if the pool heater ever came on when we asked Alexa to turn it on. The hot tub heater and jets worked really well and was very relaxing. The sliding door screens all three have holes in them allowing mosquitoes into the house. The second floor master bedroom was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The deck off the master, which is the flat roof over the garage, felt soft as you walked on it and the walking surface is roofing material, not comfortable and gets on your shoes which then is dragged into the bedroom. There are also two very broken beach style chairs that need to be tossed out. The house was clean but not. The home is surfaced clean but really needs a deep cleaning to include the walls and baseboards. Overall I was not unhappy with the home but definitely not the to the standards of the other VRBO homes we have rented.

This place was excellent for our family vacation to Disneyland!!Short drive to the park, house was clean, spacious.The beds were very comfortable. Our kids loved the girls and boys themed rooms.They also loved the big pool.The outdoor BBQ/patio area was clean and excellent. Catherine was an excellent host with very detailed check in instructions and messaged us periodically during our stay to ensure that we were comfortable and our needs were met. We also forgot an item during check out and Catherine did not hesitate to find it for us and offer to ship it back to us. Would recommend this place to anybody and will be back if we are ever in the area. Thank you again to our host for an amazing stay and the for the memories we created there.

The WiFi was a little spotty, but we have no other complaints! We came here with a family of 10, including a 3, 4 and 7 yo. Everyone had a great time, especially at the pool and the game room. The property is extremely close to Disneyland (12-min drive) which is amazing. It also came with a lot of beach toys, floaties and umbrellas which made it super easy for us to go visit Laguna beach over the weekend (30-min drive). I’d highly recommend this place to families who are in the area for vacation!

Close to Disney and large enough to accommodate a large party. While quite comfortable, i found it in need of some TLC. Chipped paint, worn flooring, etc. I pulled out a whisk to neat some eggs and a large amount of rusty water leaked out.

We met college friends and their family for a weekend. It was a great location for visiting Disney. the grocery store was close and convenient. We really enjoyed the pool and outside grill areas. There were minor upkeep that is needed (the toilet paper holder in the master bath is broken, the outside table umbrella is not secure...), but we had a fabulous time and would recommend this property. Thanks!

Perfect location!!

House was perfect for us. Lots of room. Used the pool once, very nice. Disneyland was a hop and a skip away. No freeways to get there. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We all will definitely stay here on our next Disney Trip!!

6 night stay

Nice location, big space, plenty of room for a couple big families. Kitchen lacked some basic things (there were no measuring cups & spoons, only a few big, prep bowls, dull knives, etc) that made cooking meals difficult. Stovetop beeps a lot, took a little while to figure out how to make it stop. Catherine helped us finally get it to stop. Beds in princess room squeak a lot, but all of the beds were comfortable. The directions to turn the pool and hot tub heater on need to be fixed. It's done through Alexa. It was frustrating that Alexa couldn't get the heaters to turn on and off easily when prompted. House could use a deep clean, pictures on the walls, couches need to be cleaned, etc. but overall the space was a great size, in a good location, and Catherine the host was quick to respond to our questions.
