Wasn't what I was expecting

The room wasn't what I was expecting. The room didn't match the pictures on the website. It was smaller and less new than the photos showed. It was really noisy from the street noise to the crying baby in the next room.

Terribly unsanitary and dirty. The rooms need remodeled- the floors were buckled, the ceiling was cracked, there were layers of dust on all surfaces and the bathroom had layers of dirt and hair in it. Very rude front desk manager/owner. Would run and never book this place

Convenient location, no-frills motel. Water was sometimes hot and sometimes cold. Onsite parking, but return early or you will have to parallel park on the side of the motel with very little space between building and the wall.

For something so close to Disneyland, the rooms are rundown. Mickey Mouse jobs all over this property, pun intended. Im sure expenses are high, but needs some investments back into the rooms.

The hosts are great. After arriving back at the location after a long day at the park we wanted to hot tub. Even though the hot tub closed at 10 pm they would open it for us when we asked and let us soak in it after hours.

I don’t normally review but after spending 3 nights I felt obligated to warn anyone booking this motel. The lobby has an absolutely horrible smell, the ions are in complete disrepair. Large chunks of the wall are removed and mold is growing on the wall. Foreign hairs are all over the room, washroom, and bedding. It seemed as though the room was bleached just before we arrived to cover up the mold. We couldn’t breathe well over the terrible smell. We did move to a new room the next day which was a slight improvement, but still disrepair and hair around the room. There is a reason why you may find this room for a cheaper price, it is not worth it.

Our Disney Stay

The room was a little outdated but clean, restroom was remodeled and it looked really nice. The only problem with our stay is the first thing we experienced, the lobby! It has such a bad smell, my goodness it was bad. Not sure if they live there, looks like a family owned inn but oh my they need to invest in some kind of air freshener or something. I literally had my daughter open the main door while I checked in and checked out. Also didn't like that they wanted to charge me an extra $15 to park there for a few hours after I checked out.

The hotel was ok, it was super clean, and they would clean daily, we had 3 rooms, no issues. The only thing that was a concern as a parent is the door did not have an extra safety lock or a child safe lock. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and the rails had openings big enough for a toddler to fall down.

Convenient location close to Disneyland. We arrived around 9 am and we were able to check into our room right away, which was very much appreciated. We could unload our suitcases and put our perishables in the fridge before heading to Disney. The motel is nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable enough for one night. We booked a family suite which had 1 queen bed in a separate room, and 3 double beds in the main area. Only one small chair to sit on which was not great for 4 adults. No place to sit other than the beds. A sofa would have been nice. Overall it was ok, and more economical than other hotels in the area.

Good location....that's it!

Staff was very friendly, and the location was great....that's about it. Reserved 2 rooms for a family of 6. BOTH rooms were very dirty and in need of general maintenance and upkeep. Very rundown. Holes in walls. Furniture in dire need of replacement. Floors made our feet and socks black from filth. Hair & band aid in tub drain. Pulled out one of the nightstands to plug in our charger....EEK, that was a bad decision. VERY noisy with sounds from both the street and adjacent rooms. I have no idea how this hotel has a 'GOOD' rating on hotels.com. If I could have received a refund on the spot, I would have moved my family elsewhere.
