Great place and very convenient!

This hotel was so clean, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful! My husband and I stayed for two nights and it was so close to the parks and transportation was so easy to and from. The breakfast was awesome and added to our Disney stay with the Mickey waffles! We would definitely stay there with our without our kids again!

Nice place, the kids enjoyed the pool area, our kitchen could have used some basic dishes (plates, mugs, silverware), maybe some paper towels or even some dish soap to wash the mugs we had to buy.

I’m actually so shocked by the poor quality of this hotel based off of all the good reviews, as well as the price tag. Carpets were totally stained in the rooms. Garbage all through the halls of the hotel. Could tell that the floor hadn’t been vacuumed the whole five days we’d been there. When we had a housekeeping come, they left all of our linens and garbage outside of our room for a whole day as well as our neighbors for 2 days. The pool was nice and so were the slides, but feel it was false advertising saying that there was two pools and a kid pool… There is one pool and a kid pool. The pool was so busy that it was less enjoyable. The breakfast was a decent offering, but so incredibly busy. We did like that there was a family room separate from the bedroom, and there were two showers. I don’t think we’d stay here and we come to Disney every few months.
