I told the manager at check in that I wanted a first floor room due to my blood pressure issues. He kindly upgraded me to a large suite on the first floor! It was a beautiful room! I felt like a Queen at the Castle Inn! Thank you, it was much appreciated!

Yes it was a really great experience. The pool is nice and the staff is friendly and it’s convenient to get anything you need near by and a 7 min walk to Disneyland! I will stay here again!

Room was moist and smelled like mold. They use a lot of bleach to cover the smell. You can hear water dripping at night. Beds have not been replaced in a long time and are very uncomfortable. Room and common areas are clean and staff is friendly. Store is closed down.

Housekeeping came in daily, hot tub was great after a day at Disneyland. From my house staff was pleasant and helpful. Will stay here again if we could me back to Disneyland. Great price for being a 7 min walk through security gate at Disneyland. 7-11 pizza and couple of drugstores just half a block away.
