Close to Disneyland

I chose this hotel because of it's distant from Disneyland. It was a good choice! It is literally 4 minutes away from the parking structure and only 2 or 3 traffic lights from the hotel to Disney. The hotel is so close to the park that we were able to see the firework show from our hotel room. The room was sufficient for our stay which was just to sleep and take showers. They serve breakfast in the morning, which we took advantage of, and have a nice pool and hot tub. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

i called the day before driving out from bay area because i booked the hotel in my husbands name but used my card and im still waiting for my renewed license to come in the mail . the male staff i talked to told me to bring the temporary paper id i had got from the dmv and come in with my husband to the front desk to check in , we got to the hotel around 11 pm after being at disney land all day with my 3 kids and from the very first greeting the male staff working at the front desk seemed like he was upset not sure why maybe me ringing the bell to get some help annoyed him but the whole process was extremely stressful and uncalled for . i explained the situation to the man and before even caring to help me he asked if my car was parked outside i said yes he told me you need to move it . i explained that the staff needed both me and my husband to check in and i didn’t want to leave my kids alone in the car out of sight and he kept telling me he understood but wouldn’t help me till i moved the car i asked so can i check in without my husband so he can stay in the car and he said yes he didn’t even need my husbands id…..and then he told me the paper drive license i have he wouldn’t accept as a id i told him what the staff told me the day before and he kept telling me how no hotel around here will take it and he could cancel my reservation no problem he mentions this to me about 4 times it made me really uncomfortable, i offered to show my expired id and he said that wouldn’t wor

The breakfast was very limited with just waffles and breakfast sandwiches which you had to get from front desk lobby. There was no fruit or breakfast sweet rolls (like bagels or muffins) The shuttle had limited hours of service.

Family Disneyland Trip 2025

The hotel is 15min walking distance from Disneyland, just over an overpass. The hotel is an older hotel with a lot of patch work in the rooms. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed 3 nights. They do have a fridge and microwave. Reason for not giving 5 stars is the shuttle to and from Disneyland. The shuttle only holds 12 passengers. If there are remaining passengers we were told the driver would come back for us. NOT TRUE. We had to wait until the next shuttle time which was an hour away. We met a family that had to walk back to the hotel because the shuttle did not return to get them. This is very inconvenient when you've been walking all day. Next time we go, we are looking into another hotel hopefully just across the street from Disneyland.

Property was decent, easy access if you plan to park at Disneyland. You could walk to the park but it would be a 20-25 minute walk. Room was decent, shower floor flooded, the shower curtain was so short that all the water from inside of the shower went out of the tub. * recommend hotel to change the shower curtains to fix this problem. Overall, I’d stay here again. We just needed somewhere to sleep. Staff was nice and helpful.

Our stay was nice. The staff was great. House helpers need a raise they went above and beyond with oir room!! Only 2 things i would critque. Park is so tight and barely enough room to get in and out of the car and the parking around the pool makes it really hard to back out of spots even in a small car. Last thing breakfast options were disappointing, very little options and the very little seating for families. Also you should let your customers know there are fireworks at 930 each day. It scared us the frist night we were there.

Love the hotel but every time we stay here the staff is horrible to deal with..my family and I have been staying here for the past 3 years as we have magic key passes to Disney the last year we have been staying here we have had nothing but problems with the employees as to what vehicle we can bring..where we can park..the time we check in…getting extra blankets etc… I definitely tried to give the benefit of the doubt when I came to the staff but unfortunately we won’t be staying here again
