Everything about our stay & the property was awesome, however, if you're planning to head to Disneyland Park, don't expect to leave your car there the last day you're checked in, because they have to charge you almost as much as the parking garage at Disneyland.

Our front desk agent was awesome! We have traveled a lot, but I must say, he is one of the bsst that we have encountered. Very kind and personable. Even my son commented that he was super cool. We were traveling with small children and he ensured we had a room that we were comfortable in. He also gave us a great tip for getting to Disneyland quickly from the hotel, which made it a convenient walk for us.

We like staying here when we visit Disneyland because it is right there at Disneyland. You can park at the hotel when you check in, then walk to Disneyland or California Adventure. Or to Downtown Disney! You don't need to use your car until you leave.

The property is perfectly situated very close to downtown Disney and the entrance to the parks! We even just parked at the hotel and walked right in. The staff was also very kind and helpful as well as prompt about bringing extra supplies. Would definitely book with them again.

We enjoyed our stay!

This is a great landing place if you plan on doing Disney activities. When you call it does claim to be across the street from all the attractions which is not true. It’s about a 15 min walk which isn’t bad but it’s not right there if that’s what you were expecting. We were able to check in late at night after a late landing. The front desk person gave us Disney pins to celebrate our new engagement which was great. Do recommend staying here!
