The only thing we felt the elevators we were a little sketchy. Loud noises sometimes as they were going up and uneven and sometimes still moving when door opened. Other than that, everything was great!

Water smelt like sulfur, taking a hot shower made it worse. Manager saw a line to check in and did nothing, just ran away. Elevator broken, which seems like for a while. No outlets at any of the seating spots in the lobby. Housekeeping coming into my room at 8am on check out day. When I told her check out is at 11am and that’s when I would be leaving she was annoyed. But a Kudos to who did check me in, she was a pleasure and provided great service.

Room was OK; I could not get the thermostat below 70 degrees and had to add an extra blanket to get to sleep. I took a fall on the walkway going out and had to drive home directly, instead of going to the planned work duty. Not impressive...

The staff was very courteous and the complimentary breakfast each day was great. Its close enough to ride share to Disney or they have a shuttle service.

Room, staffing, room wasn’t serviced but one time. We left days before the stay was up tried to contact the property we have taken pictures of the room and how bad they neglected no fitted sheet had to wait on toilet paper smoke detectors with dead barriers the central air states on the wall you can control but you actually can’t it’s centralized to the entire building. Raw eggs in the morning. Made my kids sick. Absolutely terrible

Staff was friendly all around. The room was pretty run down. The couch was very worn and sunk it that it was impossible to sit comfortably. The room had a musky smell and the ac barely blew any air. The wardrobe had a horrendous smell and was unable to hang my suit in there so had to lay it on the counter. The bathroom was very dark and there was mold on the ceiling. The bathtub did not drain properly at all. It filled all the way to my ankles trying to take a quick shower which was gross. The bar was cool but they closed an hour before the posted time which was too bad since we chose this place so we didnt have to leave the hotel and still have a few drinks but ended up having to leave anyway. The "restaurant" is also very misleading as its not an actual restaurant but just part of the bar and not labeled at all so we ended up roaming around before we realized there was no restaurant. Breakfast was average at most but extremely overhyped. It was an experience for sure but wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel is nice, good breakfast, spacious rooms. However, the bath soap had not been refilled in the room when we checked in, only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. We requested this at around 9 PM, they brought it to us at 11:55 PM and woke us up.

The downstairs common area was filthy with lots of trash and the common restrooms were destroyed and had no supplies in them. Too many kids running around unsupervised between the pool and common areas so the floors were wet. The arcade had kids climbing all over and throwing footballs totally unattended with drinks spilled on everything. Our room was comfortable but missing the tv remote and the kids in the hotel were running up and down the halls late into the night. I stay at embassy suites a lot but this was the worst stay. Staff at the front desk were on the phone when we arrived and did not even acknowledge us and the line behind us for almost 15 minutes. Highly disappointed in the lack of acknowledgement and the overall rudeness and laziness of staff.
