The staff when we checked in was nice the pool and arcade was a plus but they definitely needed to renovate the rooms have a lot of old and mildew in bathroom tubs our stained just not what i expected for a embassy suites and the room phone didn’t even work.

I love a facility that keep the kids in mind. The arcade and indoor pool and just the set up was enjoyed not only by the little ones but also teenagers and the parents as well. Good customer service by front desk the bartender was okay..

Hotel didn’t have enough staff we had to Wait 45 minutes to get our room and when we got to our room the bedroom Floor was soaked with water. We ended up having to change rooms and that was another 45 minutes waisted.

Great time here while visiting Knotts Berry Farm. Moms got to enjoy the happy hour while the kiddos played in the arcade within eyesight. Pool was warm and breakfast was plentiful.
