The only plus was it being close to Disney. Besides that, terrible experience. Made me pay for parking, which I have never had to do in my years of being a Hilton Member. Checking in was a nightmare, I was told that in their system it was showing that we canceled but on the Expedia end, we were ok They wanted me to pay again despite me having proof of payment and emails.

Overall the property was clean. The staff were welcoming and professional. Did not like our room facing the main street. We were on the 4th floor and we could hear all that was happening on the street level.

Everything from check in to check out was so welcoming and smooth. From the complementary waters at check in to the staff handing out balloons to kids at breakfast. The pool area and spa were always clean. We never heard any traffic from the street so sleeping in was easy! Even the other travelers were pleasant and friendly. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. 10/10 recommended.

The Avenger Park and the Disneyland was accessible from the hotel. It was one block to the shuttle. The shuttle ran approximately every 15 minutes. You didn’t have to drive and pay extra money for parking. Great location to other restaurants.

Excellent value for the price. Breakfast options were a lot better than the traditional continent breakfasts usually are. The hotel is always clean, and the staff is very attentive! Hotel is conveniently located to Disney parks and many options of restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again.

The stat was great Breakfast was amazing so much to choose from, place was so so clean which is the most important thing for my wife she will look through every corner she found some left over chips on carpet corners but you cant ask for perfection in her opinion almost perfect, sheets clean restrooms clean great service we will stay here from now on every visit to Disney
