The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were kind of strange. There was a motion activated light that only worked if the motion was in a very specific narrow area and there were no drawers or feasible storage to unpack clothes, the bedside lamps could only be turned on by a switch that was across the room. I'm not sure what the logic was in the design of these rooms, but it didn't make sense to me. That all said, the rooms were very clean and the staff was great, which is all that really mattered.

Nola at the front desk is a gem. Hotel is a little run down and could use a good deep clean and maintenance in the rooms. Water pressure was awful. Water is lukewarm at best. Convenient location to Disneyland tram.

The rooms were very clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've had at a hotel. The breakfast was delicious and a lot of options every morning. Overall a great experience.

I like that. They told me they would give me one night feedback through Expedia, so we'll see if I get that back because there was black hair in the tub, and we are all blondes and Their shower curtain was ripped in 3 places, and I told them about it 3 times and they never Fixed it or replaced it? And yeah, they didn't ever have a container of cold water for people that were coming in from the hot. That would like some cold water. They would give you cold water, but then they would say next time you're going to have to pay $3 for that and make you feel bad for asking for water, because they didn't supply any water. For customers staying in there. They supplied coffee. But who wants coffee when it's 90° outside? Their breakfast was wonderful, though, very good, very clean and very nice. Sincerely leanne Wallace.

Friendly Staff…horrible mattress!

Nola and Cassidy at the front desk were super friendly and courteous. Unfortunately the bed was super uncomfortable and the street noise was so loud in our room and started at 5 am.

We stayed here specifically because we wanted to be near Disneyland and while other properties were even close, we’ve stayed at many Hampton Inn properties and have just grown to love them. Free breakfast, you can’t go wrong. We’ll take the extra 10 minutes of walking. We’re walkers anyway and honestly it’s not that bad! We loved it!
