COld shower

We arrived late after a 12 hour day of travel. We checked in and ended up with a ADA room that had no closet for us to hang up our suits and cloths. Went to take a shower and freshen up only to have ice cold water. Called down several times with no luck. Spending $900 per night and getting this kind of service is just plan horrible. It made our trip a nightmare given we were going to be at a convention all day and not getting a nice warm shower was beyond unexcusable. The manager did nothing to make the situation any better as the room we swithced to had crap stains all over the inside of the toilet and the beds had worn out matteras.

Everything was amazing but when we stayed here unfortunately it was under renovations but all in all this was an excellent experience would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel if we ever went back to this city we would definitely stay here again

We stayed here for our trip to Disneyland! We had a park view room and were amazed by the room! The staff was super helpful and very kind. Check in was easy, parking is convenient, room was gorgeous and clean, and it’s just a short walk to disneyland!

The lack for the fact that the ventilation inside the hotel property was very dusty and musty. Unfortunately, my asthma, and my allergies were acting up because I was not informed of because of the construction that was going on around the property. I had to shorten my stay. I’m currently right now trying to file a claim.

Property was under construction for improvements. I also did not appreciate being approached by Hilton Honors staff aggressively soliciting us for stays at other Hilton properties on our way to the elevator after check in. I thought this was tacky and made us feel uncomfortable.

Thank you Hotels.com for premium pricing this hotel but not sharing it is under a major and noisy remodel. The limited lobby, construction noise filled restaurant, toilet that ran all night and Hilton reps trying to timeshare me into another Hilton property made this a horrible location for business…never again to Hotels.com or the Anaheim Hilton

We had a nice stay at the Hilton but it is clearly in need of some renovations. They were renovating the lobby area during our stay. The hallways and rooms themselves need some attention with lots of water stains, chipped paint, peeling wallpaper, and worn carpet. The staff were great!!
