Room was hot, was told they'd send someone up to look at it and no one ever came. No one answered phones at front desk or guest services when calling down from room, so wasn't able to get extra pillows. Blow dryer didn't work. Restaurants weren't serving food.

Room, staff, everything was less than the standard expected at a Hilton property. They charge outrageous fees for even the most minimal extra, roll away bed, that’s $45 a night or they’ll “upgrade” your room for $10 more a night. Valet takes minimum 30 minutes and then an additional 10 to find your keys. Same upon return. Totally disorganized Hilton

The bathroom toilet was extremely dirty, with dried urine and feces present. There were also pubic hairs on the floor. Overall, the condition was very unhygienic and unacceptable and more than anything this is a sanitary space where safety of guest is priority I try to communicate this matter to the personnel there was no response.

The self parking elevators are a Complete nightmare. They are very old and slow so mailing around takes a very long time. They make Weird noses because they are very old. They need to upgrade them.

For the most part the Hotel was good but daily trash and cleaning was requested and housekeeping ignored request. Had to call down to request clean towels and toliet paper as we ran out.

The room I stayed at 9-203 was never vacuumed even before I checked in. When I arrived I proceeded to laying down as I had driven 8 hours. As I’m laying down I look at the carpet and I seen peanuts just there. I’m not one to make a big deal so when I went downstairs' I told the receptionist if I could get it vacuumed the next morning. I left the next day for the day and when I came back the same peanuts were still there. I proceeded to text the number that they employees text you from (security device) and told them to vacuum the room and sent them pictures. They responded that they would do it the next morning. Next day came and they never vacuumed. If staff couldn’t do such a small task like vacuum the room I know the room never got cleaned in the 5 days I stayed here. Honestly bad housekeeping.
