Good location for walking to Disney parks. Room wall paper was lifting in spots (large air bubbles), hot water didn’t work in the evening it took a few hours to warm up so we were unable to shower when we wanted and had to try again later. There was garbage in the hall that was not picked up for the duration of our stay and every day we walked past the same garbage. It was a container lid to a take out ketchup that was smeared a little on the carpet. The house keepers did okay, the first 2 nights they didn’t change the bed sheets they just made up the bed. Our last night the linens were fresh clean and up to our expectations. Towels were restocked daily. The main pool was under renovations so there was loud noises, we weren’t aware of this upon booking. Although they do offer another pool to use it is on the other side of the property and wasn’t the one we expected to use. The rooms are a little outdated and the pictures we seen online aren’t really like the rooms unfortunately. The food service was good, there are several places to eat within the hotel and room service is convenient. The location is within walking distance as well to other restaurants. Overall our stay was a 3/5 due to pool Reno’s, and room not looking like we expected. Thought this hotel was a little more fancy than what we experienced.

Don’t Pay High Rate - No Pool during construction

Other than the very friendly and helpful girls at the front desk for check in upgrading my room to one of the newly refurbished rooms for the $20 early check in fee, this property itself in its current condition was very disappointing and definitely not worth the full price they are charging for a hotel with the pool are being completely torn up and an intolerable overwhelming burnt stench in the lobby “from the construction.” Which also was very noisy. I received no warning of construction prior to booking. Had I, then would have stayed at the very consistently high quality Marriott across the street with all amenities available for a better rate. The refurbished room was nice but did not quite make up for the other inconveniences. I will not stay here again.

We were not aware the property was under construction when we reserved it. The construction crews started at 7am and it was very loud all day long. My child was awoken in the morning by the loud sound of jackhammering.
